At this stage of her career, she has found passions off the track — serving as a member of the Right To Play board to raise awareness for underserved children in developing regions; leading as Co-founder and President of Saysh, a community-centered lifestyle brand for and by women; advising a fitness technology startup; and more.
Jenna Johnson
President of Patagonia, Inc.
Jenna Johnson leads Patagonia, Inc., Patagonia’s apparel and equipment business. Prior to this role, she was head of Patagonia’s technical outdoor category. She has cultivated an intuitive understanding of Patagonia’s global customers through a lifetime of travel, rock climbing, trail sports and 20 years of experience managing several respected outdoor brands.
Joi Chaney
Senior Vice President, Policy and Advocacy at the National Urban League
Joi Chaney currently serves as the Executive Director of the Washington Bureau and Senior Vice President, Policy and Advocacy at the National Urban League (NUL). Prior to joining NUL, Joi was Chief of Staff to Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) before relaunching her consulting firm J.O.I. Strategies, which develops strategies for companies seeking to achieve Justice, Opportunity, and Inclusion for America’s underserved communities.
Allyson Bronner
Head of Family Advocacy, ISG, Morgan Stanley
Allyson Bronner is the Head of Family Advocacy, ISG at Morgan Stanley. In her role she advocates for parents across the firm, focuses on the support for new and expecting families and created a framework for managing transitions around parental leave. Additionally, she spearheaded Morgan Stanley’s new global parental leave policy from initial pitch to implementation.
