What Pro Tips You'll Hear

Prioritize your mind like you do your physical health.

Because your mental health can affect your body too. For example, people with depression have a higher risk of developing cardiovascular and metabolic diseases than the general population.

Treat therapy like preventive care.

Don’t wait for a crisis to meet with a pro. Most insurance plans are legally required to cover mental health like they do physical health.

Think of your mental health like a piggy bank — invest just a little bit every day.

Whether that’s journaling for 5 minutes in the morning, meditating during lunch, or committing to an evening walk around the neighborhood, it’ll go a long way over time.
